Alambre Moscatel Roxo is the new fortified DO Moscatel Roxo wine from the Alambre range. Made from the Moscatel grape on its purple version, the rare and unique Moscatel Roxo. It can be served as an aperitif or as a dessert wine.

Dark gold with reddish background.

AROMA

Ripe apricot, caramel, honey, some nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts).

PALATE

Lots of fruit, very balanced, smooth, complex.

FINISH

Very Long.

VINIFICATION

Fermentation stops by adding brandy. There was a skin contact time until February/March.

AGING

In used oak. No ageing in bottle is necessary, because it does not improve after bottling.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC or at 16ºC as a dessert wine. This Wine may through sediment.
