wine.
José Maria da Fonseca Fonseca is the oldest and one of the most prestigious wineries in Portugal, producing wines and Setúbal Moscatel. ♦ VINIFICATION ♦
Red grapes are fermented at 16ºC. After fermentation takes place, the wine is dealcoholized by physical process (spinning cone).
♦ SERVING SUGGESTIONS ♦
It should be served chilled, at a temperature of 5ºC. Goes very well with pizza or pasta.
